About Asha Patel, Ayurvedic Practitioner

I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. In 2010, I completed my training with Kerala Ayurveda Academy. I studied further under Dr. Vasant Lad for an additional 2 years. My journey into the natural alternative practice started in my youth. My mother used resources around the house to treat many of my childhood ailments. As I grew up, I took some of those practices with me. In my adult life, as a mother myself, I had to use this knowledge on my child who could not take many of the Western medications available. My faith in this practice has been lifelong.
